WHAT TO EXPECT
Each treatment is specifically tailored to suit you. At the beginning of your first session we will have a friendly, relaxed consultation and discuss your reasons for seeking Reflexology. You can decide to incorporate hot stones into your treatment to bring about an even deeper state of relaxation.
You will then relax into the chair with your shoes and socks removed. A choice of oil, wax, or powder will always be offered to you. The Reflexology routine itself is a mixture of massage techniques, thumb walking and pressure points worked across each foot. Massage is also applied to the lower legs.
Your session will usually last 1 hour but for your first session 1 hour 15 minutes is typically advised due to your initial consultation.
